Healthy Families Northwest Iowa is a family-centered, strength-based program that provides in-home support and assistance to parents of young children pre-natal through five years old who reside within the Northwest Iowa Community Empowerment area of Cherokee, Lyon, Plymouth and Sioux Counties. The primary focus of this program continues to be to serve the pre-natal through 3 months age group. Support remains available, as needed, until the child is five years old.
