What is Decat? |
The Iowa Department of Human Services provides, among other things, programs that help children and families.
Many of these programs focus on 'picking up the pieces' of families in crisis... including support for family counseling,
foster care services and other residential programs for children who are not able to live with their parents because of
abuse or neglect.
Decategorization is an initiative of the
Iowa Department of Human Services.
